AutoCell - A2LA Tonnage Calibration

The AutoCell is a self-contained, strain gage based load cell that is calibrated on equipment traceable to the National Bureau Of Standards. Standard digital AutoCells are available in 2K lbs, 10K lbs, or 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000 and 2000 ton capacities.

TR-1 Resolver

The TR-1 Resolver provides precise crank-angle position measurements. Resolvers are incorporated with different types of press monitoring and automation systems. These systems will help your production run smooth. The TR-1 Resolver will provide you with high accuracy and reliability.

Shut Height - Stand-Alone System

The RAM-READ and RAM-ROD is a shut-height system that shows ram position during die changeover. Create a faster setup time, decrease die hit-to-hit and reduce downtime using a repeatable shut-height value with a positioning accuracy of +/- .001 inch.

Automatic Counterbalance - Stand-Alone System

The automatic counterbalance system will select, adjust and maintain the appropriate air pressure. When the die or job number is put into the system for changeover, it will automatically set the pressure based on upper die weight.
