Turn key operation in moving Press Line from US to Monterrey; 800 ton Clearing press and feedline
Turn-key project involved disassembly, transportation, erection and start up of an 800 ton CLEARING press line from Tyler, Texas to Monterrey NL Mexico. Project had to be done over year-end holidays as well as the design and excavation of a press pit.
Complete repair on a 1250 ton Double Action press Verson press
Repair a double action 1250-800 ton press which included an updated lube control system, new clutch linings, refurbished slide adjust system, perpendicularity machining on both slides, all new bushing on connections and toggle links, overload test and a calibration to both tonnage monitors.
Two (2) 1000 ton crown components repair on Clearing presses
Repair a single action 1000 ton press which included new connection bushings and repair of connections and fitting with new saddle bushings.
Two (2) 1000 ton under drive repair on two Danly presses simultaneously
Replaced the connection, and upgraded hydraulic overload system as well as installation and calibration on system
1500 ton Verson press replaced hydraulic overload seals
Replaced overload seals, replaced broken studs and did 100% tonnage test and tonnage monitor calibration.
1000 ton Clearing press foundation - Design and make a pit
Move 40 foot long paint oven from USA to MTY
Move 40 foot long oven in one piece from USA to Monterrey including all peripheral equipment
Installation support to GM SLP and to WIA on installation of three (3) 1000 ton and two (2) 2500 ton WIA presses
Provided general manager support, safety personal, coordination between machine shop and external labor for the installation of the five (5) presses and all the automation and robotic equipment. Support was also provided for all mobile equipment used throughout the project.
Started up four (4) 500 ton Verson and Stamtec presses and provide follow up assistance - Inspected and did start up on four (4) presses
Repair crown components and replace connection on 2000 ton Clearing press
Replaced broken connection and fixed two eccentric gears as well as the plunger.
2000 ton Danly Hydraulic system test and repair
Tested overload system and repaired and tested faulty overload system. Provide tonnage test to 100%
Inspection, Calibrations and trainings
In conjunction with MIDWEST BRAKE --- Replace clutches
